Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Decode. By using the site you agree to them. If you don’t, don’t use it.

What the product is

A tool that translates and analyses dating messages for entertainment and guidance. It produces opinions, not facts, and definitely not professional advice. It can be wrong. Use your own judgement about real people and real relationships.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use this product.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use it to harass, threaten, stalk, or abuse anyone.
• Don’t submit content you have no right to submit, or that is illegal.
• Don’t try to break, scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service.
• Don’t resell or redistribute the output as your own product.

Your content

You keep ownership of what you paste in. You grant us the limited permission needed to process it and return a result, and to cache common phrases as described in the Privacy Policy. Don’t paste other people’s private information expecting us to be responsible for it.

Free and paid plans

• The free plan includes a daily limit and watermarked share cards.
• Pro is a recurring subscription billed through Stripe. It renews automatically until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you keep Pro until then.
• Prices may change; we’ll give notice before a change affects an active subscription.

No guarantees

The service is provided “as is”. We don’t warrant that the output is accurate, that the site is always available, or that it will fix your love life. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for decisions you make based on the output.

Ending access

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account.

Changes

We may update these terms; the date at the top will change and continued use means you accept the update.
